This self discovery process has myriad of benefits for individuals - it helps to extend one's skills & scope making a person versatile, it opens the way to build a healthy lifestyle, it helps break the shackles of certain existence showing us how to live & broaden our horizon, it brings out in the open our strengths & weaknesses improving on which makes us better individuals & therefore better person in the family, society or country. |
