site will be arranged by TSAF/ Yourself. This will be made clear by TSAF on
application.

Note: Rucksack, sleeping bag with
inner and foam mattress will be issued by TSAF at
Pre
– course training:
No specialised
training is necessary. However, participants must carry out 5 km of
jogging-cum-long brisk walk as well as stretching exercise for 2 to 3 weeks
before coming on the course. This pre – course toughening up would make the
training a pleasurable experience.
