GENERAL PROGRAMMES
Targeted at a whole spectrum of people, from virtually every age group, TSAF's outdoor adventure programmes are either land based, water based or air - borne covering forests, beaches, rivers, mountains and other adventure spots. The calendar for these programmes varies with the seasons. They include Hill Walking, Mountain Biking, Trekking, Wilderness Exposure Camps, Land Navigation, Recreational programmes and parasailing. Personal confidence and self awareness are developed in these programmes through the processes of group work, achievement and fun. Integrated in each programme are concerns on Environment and Ecology.
Adventure Recreation Programme (2 days weekend)
A well spaced out multi - activity weekend to enable you to give things a go. You will pick up elementary knowledge and skills on rafting, kayaking, land navigation, river crossing and trekking. To add more fun & excitement, educational games and audio visuals are dovetailed in the programme. Organisations can also use the programme for developing friendship among employees for building trust. All necessary equipment is supplied by us and all you need to bring is your enthusiasm for the outdoors. Please refer calendar for details. Programmes for families can also be organised on request for groups of 30 to 40 at a time.

Programmes for the physically challenged (2 days/ 3days/ 5 days)
TSAF has designed special programmes for the hearing challenged, visually challenged and orthopedically challenged. These courses aim at developing your belief in your own capabilities, building confidence to surmount any situation. Groups are managed within a supportive atmosphere of like minded people. Over 40's General Activities
It is 'never too late to learn and experience new activities and challenges', is the belief on which this programme is structured. It allows those above the age of 40 to set their own pace while undertaking adventure activities. You can be rest assured that this will enable you to leave your worries behind, have fun and revitalise in a safe and supportive environment. We strongly recommend the Adventure Recreational Programme & the Himalayan Trekking Programme as per calendar.

Women Adventure Programme (3 days/ 5 days)
A carefully designed programme to wean you away from routine existence, for benefiting you and your family. The programme educates on adopting a healthy life-style for promoting self confidence and self esteem. You will enjoy experiencing the freedom that these multiactivity offers - whether kayaking in the blue waters of Dimna, hill trekking or doing a treasure hunt with map and compass. Come, energise yourself and build an enthusiastic & resilient personality. Refer calendar for dates.

Adventure Activities for Schools (3 days/ 5 days)
An early introduction to Adventure Sports through a variety of activities under the guidance of experienced Instructors helps develop positive attitudes & character among school children. It could either be rock climbing or water sports or trekking or multiactivity - you are sure to have your adrenaline flowing throughout the programme. All necessary equipment is provided by us, so just wear a T-shirt and learn how to live life smartly. Refer calendar for dates.

Family Courses (2 days/ 3 days)
It encourages people from a wide age group and different ability levels to learn elementary skills together, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Programmes are organised on request for groups of 40 to 50 at a time. Refer calendar for dates.
